A year ago we paid a deposit with a credit card. Greg never would return calls or provide the service as he said so my 70 year old mother canceled, letting them keep the deposit. He called her filthy names. Now a year later they have been using that card number to pay themselves on Paypal and also taking an ACH out several times=total of $1100. They pretended to be us, according to Paypal. We haven't even had that credit card for many months. Besides the bank investigation, who can we report this to?
