I purchased a Futura Monitor at Fry's almost nine months ago. I had forgotten about the rebate and just the other day went looking for drivers and found usacomplaints.com. I then chacked with the BBB in my area and got the report from them stating, "poor business performance" due to number of complaints from customers. I did everything stated to receive the rebate, cards, bar code stickers, all of it and mailed it the next day. I have decided to file a report with the District Attorney of California, Consumer protection department. If enough people file a complaint with them, perhaps we can get a class action lawsuit going.
Will never shop at Fry's again, they were very rude when contacted about this matter.
