Serafano Enterprises, specifically Joseph Serafano, did not deliver what they had promised. I entered into their agreement under their impression that this was a legitimate company, but they falsely represented their business and did not produce what they promised on their agreement. He told me that his company represented WorldWide Marketing, which on futher investigation also proved to be false. They do not have a legal contract with me, and yet they took my money. They are a fraulent company and deserved to be investigated and closed down before they cheat others out of their money.
