Second outage after being half of march.
Service trouble starting Apr. 25, Support says they are "migrating bandwidth" and that service may be intermittent. Experience ~60% downtime till may 5.
Service down May 5 (late evening), not getting a link light on ethernet interface
Call May 6, After attempting to troubleshoot support says we are connected to the tower and it has to go the engineering department to be researched and they would call back
Call May 7, Asked about status of "research" and was told we were showing up on the tower so it had to be our router but the research would take 2-3 days. Asked how long it would take to get a tech out once research was complete and support assured me that they had undergone "management changes" since our service call in march and that it no longer took 10-14 days for repairs.
Call May 9, Asked about status of research. After a few troubleshooting attempts they say they can "see us on the tower" but the tower is undergoing maintenance and company policy won't allow them to send a tech as long as there are ongoing network issues.
Call May 10, Asked if tower maintenance is complete, yes. Troubleshoot, Support say we aren't connecting to the tower at all and they have to send a tech, repair date May 21. Got half through a sentence protesting the long wait I was told that I could cooperate or he could transfer me to the cancellation department. Telling my girlfriend about long wait she says "That is not acceptable, give me phone", to which support replies "You can give her the phone, I will just hang up."
