Have been an SBC / ATT customer for over 17 yrs. Have had analog home phone and DSL internet for this long with minimal problems. When I was trying to get their advertised specials they did not disclose all the information. They only told me enough to get me to switch over without giving me all the details and information. About the additiona fees, about not willing to combine certain services because they are doing away with them eventually charging the consumer more money. Now i have two sparate bills for home phone and internet. They cannot combine the two because one is analog and the other is Uverse. They said they will eventually switch everone over to the Uverse system which is more expensive and as you have all read not worth the service. Very unsatisfied customer this company now only cares of making money and disregard for long time customer service.
