We had two phone lines in the house. The one that landed in my home office had DSL. I wanted to close the phone line and keep the DSL and was told that I had to switch to Uverse. I accepted. To my great surprise, the Uverse was switched to the other house phone line.
I tried to get the matter fixed but their dole customer interface is a toll free line with unacceptable wait times.
To make me a happy customer, ATT should switch the Uverse service to my old phone line AT NO COST to me.
Otherwise, I will have to switch ISPs.
