I am a web designer.
She contacted me through ifreelance.com I sent her the contract for which she signed. 1st payment due immediately, last
payment upon completion and per contact details her website files relinquished. Please see attached contract. Please see attached all emails verifying my testaments. I started work immediately before i even had my first payment.
First payment was past due, then once everything was completed and buyer ms. Randel viewd the store and approved she then asked if she could pay a week late on friday 5th of may. I said ok. Friday came and still no payment. Then today
sat, 5 she makes payment and states in the email "Good morning,
Will do & it was a pleasure working with you!

As soon as she made payment 1 week late, i get an email stating her site is not up and everything was gone. I sent her another email (please see attached email) stating i was more than happy to help her, also provided her with her full working back up files. I even uploaded on to my server and all was working fine just to make sure. At this point i knew i was
being scammed. She got her final working files then immediately contacted Paypal to say they were not working and filed a dispute. If those files were not working, WHY WOULD SHE PAY ME THE LAST PAYMENT? Correct? Yes! I have heard of
this scam from other web designers too. And since her domain is not working yet, there is no way to see for sure by you or me if this is the truth. Again, no matter, i offered my full service to go into her store and fix whatever the problem was and even called her today with no answers on emails or phone. She has no intention of letting me fix the problem and i doubt that there really is a problem since the files are working on my server! She knew in order to get her final files as per contract that she needed to pay me then once she got them filed a money back dispute! What would i have to gain once i received my
last money to delete her website? Fact is, her website was not operational until i provided her the final files to make her site go live. So, lies and more lies. I can only imagine what her other customers must go through dealing with this business.
