Non payment of services rendered

Tricia Fagan requested a brochure design for her business that she needed completed immediately. This file was turned around in 24 hours with minor corrections the following day. Tricia refused payment saying she instead at the last minute used her own files. Tricia has all working files for her business and will now return now emails for payment and has immediately hung up on me when I called her. She furthermore went online and used slanderous language reguarding services when she in fact is the one that has acted in an unprofessional manner. Dogs Gone Good should not be used for your dog training services!
