I am so unhappy with logoballz.com

I'm so disappointed with logoballz.com. I requested a custom gift for my spouse for his birthday nearly per month before (his birthday has since approved). I understand custom requests often get longer to deliver out because of them being customized and so I was anticipating a bit of the delay period. Well... 5 or 6 emails later and a large number of telephone calls I eventually got a genuine individual. He could not have be anymore of the idiot. I totally comprehend when purchases can not be satisfied immediately because of lacking the substance it requires to help make the item. I am only upset concerning the bad customer support. I applied to work-in customer support and understand how to handle people the proper way and Christopher (he's the individual I talked with) clearly does not. He did not provide me-any payment (like free delivery). Despite I questioned easily might have free delivery he flat-out said no. He kept showing me the site they have up on-line is poor which he's likely to go along. Actually I actually donot care when the site is poor. I simply need an apology plus some kind of payment for that bad perspective that I'd to cope with. Allegedly the purchase is shipping out today and that I'll have it tomorrow. We will see if it actually is available in.
