I obtained a totally free gift certificate for $20.00 and applied it to get a test 8 cigar sampler on May 22,09 and it is today 6/10/09 1st period I'd to contact (14 days before) stated it had been never shipped out which he'd deliver it out that evening, I named a second period simply 3 nights ago and explained they'd overnight it; I still have not obtained my purchase. I'm confident they're genuine however the 1800 # for that customer support / assistance is HORRIBLE! They have to be better-trained in customer support and really follow thru n / demands. I'm simply grateful used to donot fall a lot of $ in it. I'll not purchase from again!
