I purchased Pantograms Forte PD professional software with auto digitising as stated on their website.
Received the package with no "Drawings" auto-digitising software or training DVD as stated i would receive.
I emailed Larry Sheppard CEO, who told me, because i received a significant discount i wasn't getting it and that i would have to pay an extra $250 for the software i should have already received. I refused, and tried to argue my case. He left it so long in replying i had to purchase alternative software from a reputable company elsewhere. After i told him i wasn't happy and i wanted a refund he all of a sudden offered me the software for free. I was told i would have to pay a 20% restocking fee!!! Even although the receipt stated "may be subject to a 15% restocking fee" Larry sheppard pulled this percentage from his a*.
I called to speak to John Colman CEO, and the level of customer service i received on the phone was shocking!!! I was screamed at by someone who had anger management issues which was probably Larry Sheppard himself, was hung up on, i didn't receive replies to my numerous emails, i even threatened court action and was told by a man with a girls voice that it was at the managers discretion what percentage restocking fee they can charge. EVEN ALTHOUGH I WAS SOLD MISREPRESENTED SOFTWARE THE LAW STATES..
The uniform commercial code states that if the programme is misrepresented to you, you are entitled to a refund. These people that work in Pantograms are uneducated and do not care about the product or customer service, they are nice when they are getting the sale from you on the phone, after that you can kiss any questions or queries you have goodbye.
I filed a report with the BBB, and sent their useless software back, and was refunded less the restocking fee. Larry Sheppard is trying to hang on to whats left of this company the tones in his emails and decorum were abrupt and angry. I have never came across such an awful company.
