I purchased Need4 Video's unlimited access license for it's software suite in June. The website states that this will entitle the purchaser to unlimited use of all of its software packages, including future updates for free. I went to the Need4 Video website and noticed that the software package had been updated. I downloaded the new version and attempted to activate the software with my registration key however, it states that "The Activation Key You Have Entered Is Not Correct. Please Make Sure You Have Entered A Valid Activation Key." I emailed [email protected] and stated my problem. I received a response back requesting the original emails I received that showed my order and provided my valid registration key. I have forwarded a copy of both of these emails twice, as well as sent another two support claims without receiving any response back. None of the software that I had purchased works any longer and Need4 Video does not respond to any of my complaints. If a mistake has been made, all I want is my original software that I have purchased to be able to work, but Need4 Video has ripped me off by refusing to address this issue.
