I purchased both recovery software and blanketfax and yes they are both scams. At first I did not know about it being a scam. It had no negative feedback on it when I purchased it. I recieved the software in the timeframe that they said. And about a month later I recieved this email from Jeff Berg. After receiving the software I had emailed both comanied because I had some questions. Well they did answer me at first then I had some more questions but it seemed that they knew I recieved the software so they stopped answering my emails What kind of customer service is that???
Well I sent my software back and even wors I feel stupid for telling the customers that I did have that i was no longer going to be doing it. I did however tell them the real reason that it was a scam. I then went to a website called www.ifccfbi. Gov and I filed a complaint. If we all do it it may do something. Please do it. We may never see our money aagain or the time we lost in trying to make a successful bsiness but we can stop them from doing it to others. Please send in a report.
