Webolutions is a SCAM for Web site design, SEO services and internet marketing in Denver, colorado. The owner John Vachalek is a liar and a cheater and will rip you off on any service offering you purchase from them. They will promise you the moon and deliver a meager, if best, result. You will be billed for charges that are supposed to be covered in your support agreement.
You will be billed for SEO services from their team (they call it a team but it is actually one person) and most of these charges are for work that was never done. If you ask for details or reports about what SEO work was done, you will get nothing. Mike Hanberry does not know the first thing about SEO and rides the coat tails of his father who is the dean of a business school, and cannot make a decision without taking months to over analyze the slightest issue.
We spent close to 8,000 and got a half built website and thousands of excuses. We are currently filing litigation against this company for False advertisement, Breach of Contract and Malicious Destruction.
We have learned through staff interviews that they even rip off their own employees! They did this recently to a staffer who hired them to build a website and when he confronted them about being billed for services that were not rendered (after months of promises) he was given a partial refund, and then fired the next day!
Further their award in 2009 for Denver Biz Journal Best places to work was only acheived because the CEO, John Vachalek forced his staff to submit these entries; somewhat under duress... Political duress where if staff did not file, it was heavily noted and treatment of those employees was compromised. So, this was award was done deceptively.
You can tell the minute you set foot in their office how tense, nervous and unhappy the staff is. Not a good company to deal with and I am sure you will be hearing more about them in the media after our class action lawsuit is finalized.
