I went to a new dentist and was satisfied with his work so I decided to let him do some work, a crown, for me. His office staff gave me the credit app for CareCredit and I was improved. I had so many billing problems with his office staff that I cancelled my appt for the crown until they straightened out billing my son and my fees together. (His father is responsible for medical/dental) To my surprise I received a bill from CareCredit I informed them that no services were rendered. They even had a letter from the dentist that no services were rendered but that he 'anticipated' services so the charges were not going to be reversed. Even though they know and I have sent them dispute after dispute to no avail. I don't even know who to get in touch with for $600 in fees $1000 in fradulent charges!
