Purchased a Groupon Vacation and attempted for months to guide the resort however they just had an answering machine stating they'd call-back in twenty four hours that they never did. Our buddy purchased the exact same vacation (Cabo San Lucas) and had exactly the same issue. She named the Groupon criticism point and was instantly returned her cash. I'd sent the problem department and was informed I really could not need a reimbursement and they might attempt to "solve" the problem. I quickly approached my Credit charge card and got a return. Wont perform a Groupon vacation again!
