I requested 6 gems on October 8. Haven't gotten them. I've not been billed for them. After I named, in January, they stated they got a brand new credit card program and maynot work my card. I questioned concerning the FREE rocks I'd requested plus they stated they'd in the future through the exact same program. Does this mean they've not finished a purchase in more than 5 weeks.
