I requested 6 gems on October 8. Haven't gotten them. I've not been billed for them. After I named, in January, they stated they got a brand new credit card program and maynot work my card. I questioned concerning the FREE rocks I'd requested plus they stated they'd in the future through the exact same program. Does this mean they've not finished a purchase in more than 5 weeks. I DON'T BELIEVE SO

At-one place I used to be, rudely informed I really could don't have any more free rocks, since I'dnot purchased something. I informed her I'd buy more jewels after I obtained those requested formerly! From the 9 free jewels I requested (there is no-limit or problems placed on them) I obtained 1 in March. I've been happy with additional purchases, but...
