The company did not follow through on helping me download the PC Doctor on Call Repair. I followed all the instruction and entered the serial number of the order. When e-mail was sent they promised an off line serial number for unlocking the program. This never arrived. Repeated phone calls to the number were never returned. The company always has an anwering maching on. Nobody is ever there or return the phone call. Please arrest this guy and put him out of business.
