PC Doctor On Call - Pcdocrx ripoff Took $US29.95 by credit card but did not deliver software. Uncontactable

I downloaded the company's diagnostic tool PC Doctor On Call which found 121 alleged faults in my computer, involving invalid files. I then paid $29.95 by Visa to receive their PC Doctor Repair Software download. Repeated attempts to download failed. Further faults have now suddenly appeared in my PC.

The company gives no address or email. Uncontactable!

Since then their noisy popup ads keep appearing on my PC. I have informed Visa of what occurred.
