Both of my cable boxes broke down. My bill is inconsistent without me making any changes. Customer service is terrible and rude. A couple of months later and they still didn't fix my on Demand which just stopped working after a couple of weeks. Technicians don't show up on time or don't show up at all. This was a terrible experience. Changing provides can't deal with them anymore.
