To start with, setting up this service was a month long ordeal of my order never being processed to purchase Internet even though AT&T took my money, they delayed dealing with the matter for nearly a month because a work order was never put through, we called every day for weeks enquiring and the matter simply got moved from one department to another because nobody could resolve the issue. Very aggravating. Now that we have had the Internet service for several months we feel that the term "high-speed" is very loosely used. It might as well be dial up, we actually get faster service borrowing a connection from a neighbor. We are very dissatisfied.
