NTFS Undelete, Product not working. Did not provide me with activation code, instruction or receipt

I tried to buy their recovery software for $49.99 on 8/18, however, the instruction was confusing, so I paid again for the same software (this time they charged me $39.99 probably with one computer licensed or something that was in the fine print). They did refund me the $49.99 and charged me $39.99, however, since the software couldnt be downloaded properly (thats why I had to buy it twice), the screens kept asking me for activation keys that was never given to me, plus, I received no instruction emails from the company, not even a notice of received payments in
mail nor in email.

After installation (I still dont know how it was installed without activation keys being emailed to me), the software wasnt working at all!!!

I felt that the company is at fault in 3 aspects:
1. Sold me a product that was not working;
2. Did not provide me with any instruction as to how to download or how to use;
3. Did not provide me with any receipt.

The company has 6 names, 6 ways of ripping,: NTFS Undelete / esupport / driver agent / Bios Agent Plus / Registry Wizard / PC Diagnostics

I filed a complaint with the company but they refused to refund me the money. I filed a complaint with MA state attorney's advocacy group, but unless I file a law suit, the state attorney's advocacy group could only list them in some bad company group, which they did, and the company still does not care.

This is how bad the company is. It was a one year contact, I even asked for 6 months back only. They proudly insisted in charging me a product that doesn't work for the customer. This company takes no pride in their product. Ripping people off is the more important than providing great products and services. Do not go near them!!!

Do not buy anything from the above 6 companies!!! Their systems are not mature enough even to properly take orders. They do not issue receipts and they do not provide any supports. And worse of all, they products do not work!!!
