I purchased the Landlord Report software to manage over 100 units which I currently manage. Since purchase, I have had nothing but issues trying to use many aspects of the software. On a few occasions I have lost information, was told my product isn't registered, etc. Etc.
Just recently, I had another issue where I was told my product wasn't registered. When I purchased this software I was given an activation code so that I may use the software. This means that I should never have an issue using the program and would only have to contact MDansby for any other support which I may need.in June my support subscription expired and I am no longer able to use the support system. When I reached out to their support team, I was told that I needed to spend $150.00 so that they can take a look at my issue. I have to pay another $150.00 just so they can check on the activation information that they provided me with??? So I can no longer use the software I purchased???
I have no choice but to find better software for their lack of customer service and a faulty product. I will also be contacting the BBB and reporting them.
Don't use their products... Any of them!!!
