Gearb Bought Folder Vault software, company is not providing support, not responding to emails Brook Internet

I bought Folder Vault 2.0 on the internet and had it working well on my computer. When I upgraded to a laptop, and reinstalled the software, it kept on saying 'Activation Failed'. I promptly emailed Gear Box support and they re-activated my Product Key.

I have since had to wipe my laptop due to a virus and reinstalled Folder Vault again using the same Product Key Gear Box sent me. It kept on saying 'Activation Failed'. I again emailed Gear Box Computers at support to get the product key activated again, but this time they have not replied. I have been sending them emails for the past 2 weeks and also contacting them via their Web page, but no replies.

I have now got this software which I paid for from Gear Box, and can't get it to work.

I searched the web for help and noticed other consumers with the same problems from Gear Box. I wished I had done a more thorough research before buying from this company.

I would advise not to buy anything from Gear Box unless you can contact someone at that company first, and the company can also provide software that activates without having to continually trying to contact them.
Their service/support is more than unsatisfactory. Avoid.
