CIRCUITMICRO.com rip me off for $1,144.96 to finance a Gateway Mobile 2.0 Gighz - GM2 laptop computer. I made a down payment of $374.99 (11/11/03), and three monthly payments of $249.99 in December, January, and February. All these payments were withdrawn from my bank checking account.
A system order, authorization agreement for electronic payments preauthorized payment form, establish credit authorization form, which I have was sent to me after my down payment was received.
After the three $249.99 monthly payments were received an order was supposed to be made for me to receive my laptop computer via mail. The following month (March) my monthly payments would be $86.56.
These three payments of $249.99 were made last payment made in February at this time I am expecting my computer to be ordered as said over phone when talking to customer service.
I was told that it could take up 30 days to receive the
computer but I should receive it within a few weeks.
I never received my computer nor did I ever hear from
this company again.
