Made payment arraignments. Company deducted payment on Computer purchase from my checking account. I called every month for shipment of product. Everytime company representatives gave me the run about about shipment of product. Made all payments promptly as agreed on contract (weekly $30.00 payments for 36 weeks). They deducted all payments except for the last two weeks. They discontinued deducting my payments and when I contacted company I got a recording that the company had filed chapter 11 bankruptcy. Never hear anything else from them and lost my money without receiving my purchase product. I hope I can regain my money back $1,020.00. If you can give me information as how to proceed I would gladly appreciated. I am disable and currently count on my monthly disability income only.
