Circuitmicro.com requires an application fee to process any item that you want to order. Once approved, they are supposed to send a loan agreement and you can pay a downpayment, then received the item, while making monthly payments until the loan agreement is settled. Well, I had selected an item in late September that I wanted, Circuitmicro.com initially took their processing fee from my bank account, then within a couple of days, took out a large amount for an alleged down payment, although I had not received the loan agreement.
In addition, I wanted a digital camera, and the item that was selected that I was going to purchase was a laptop computer, which was considerably more, but I chalked that up to being a typographical error, and I waited patiently for the loan documents, which still did not come. I called several times, probably actually speaking to a real person 4 times out of over 40 attempts, and cancelled my order. I was suspicious at this point. When the documents finally came, they were shabby and unprofessional, and not any agreement that I would enter to in my right mind.
I spoke to a customer rep, and he stated that I would received a refund in two weeks, and that was in December. When I emailed them looking for my refund, someone responded nastily and said I would not get it until mid January and not sooner, but here it is, mid Feb and nothing.
