I ordered an item on Nov. 30th thru PayPal. My money was taken quickly. I would have my product in three weeks.
Eleven weeks later, and I still haven't gotten my item. I've sent four messages thru their off-line chat line. I've sent five e-mails. And I've made about a dozen calls. No Response in any case!
I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays, but this is getting so ridiculous!
I will not be doing business with them anymore and I suggest that nobody ever does. They are a ripoff. HomeIndoor.com needs to have a lawsuit filed against them. They are taking money and not delivering.
