Awful customer service - do not do business with them

I ordered 2 items from them, paid with PayPal and received a confirmation e-mail. A week later the payment still was pending and I heard nothing further from them so I tried to contact them. The phone only has an answering machine, no live operator.

I sent them an e-mail asking about the status of my order and a week later had still not heard from them.

A couple days later I suddenly receive an e-mail that my order has been cancelled with no explanation whatsoever.

Don't waste your time on this place!
