I wish I read the complaint before buying from these people.
I bought a bar faucet and the finish was wrong. I called their customer service hotline (no toll free number) and they left me on hold for so long I finally hung up. I sent them three detailed emails and never received a response.
I can afford the 200.00 I flushed down the toilet. I just don't want anyone else to be harmed. Do not buy from these people. There are plenty of good alternatives out there.
