We bought a FIR sauna dome in March of '11. Them must have appeared t/in one single week; we didn't get the product till we created numerous connections with vendor-almost 30 days later. Within 3 months the system had ceased functioning. Vendor makes vague guarantees of getting an upgraded component "quickly", or "within the next cargo" without answering immediate concerns regarding purchasing the particular component required, etc. It's been over 30 days because we approached vendor about that problem. Lately vendor mentioned he didn't have any models whatsoever. Nevertheless, his site (presently) listings equivalent products as in-stock.

I can't start to explain the effect this really is wearing my health. This is actually the toughest season for me personally due to the cool.
