I requested 3 distinct shades of Paternayan Wool Wool in the big choice they display on the site on June 7. I'm still awaiting the final product to be delivered nearly twelve months later. THEY DON'T reply emails. THEY DON'T answer their telephone. They don't even answer the better business agency. I've requested to get a return. No response. They've ostensibly taken my cash and evidently could possibly get away with doing this.
