Terri Bowersock, owner of Terri's Consignment has used the phrase, "whose name is on the building, yours or mine?" I suppose an owner has lots of rights, but when it comes to refusing to pay earned employee bonuses, is she still right? This is exactly what Terri is doing to me and several others, some that still work for her and are afraid of retaliation if they speak out. Her first excuse for non payment was that she didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I reported this to the Labor Board and her excuse has now changed to "I told Sarah and all the other employees that I discontinued the bonus plan". I am now unemployed and searching for someone that can help the "little guy" against the "big owner" that believes she's above GOD. I worked for Terri's for almost 11 years and was a senior training store manager that has documentation to prove my statements. I believe everyone should be made aware of this person... Remember the name... Terri Bowersock!
