As others have suggested on this website, I registered for brand new Constitution online sites and approved the present to get a new device and modem which may be free following a email-in discount. In my opinion that possibly this really is completed both intentionally to prevent spending the refund, or there's severe neglect within their workplace. There might be enough somebody that has experienced this issue to get a class action suit. Something must be achieved.
