I recently attempted to purchase a template off of TemplateSite.net. It was design 4439 and cost $69.00 USD. I was to be paying for it online by credit card. They had several checkout systems set up.
After attempting to use Checkout.com, I was told that the transaction failed. I tried Chronopay.com and was sent numerous confirmations that it had gone through.
However, I was never sent the link to download this template or a confirmation e-mail from TemplateSite.net. I notified them right away. Not only has support staff given me the run-around, but it was also suggested that I attempt to purchase the template again.
It's been about a week, and I contacted my credit card company to verify - I was charged twice ($69.00 CDN by 2Checkout.com and $81.00 CDN by ChronoPay.) TemplateSite.net continues to try to assure me that the purchase probably did not go through and that they have no record of me on file.
