A power supply inverter purchased from Big State in October did not operate a single power tool. The sales person argued regarding my power tool ability. The sales person agreed to send a power tool that would operate with the inverter. I informed the sales person that suggested power tool could be purchased at Lowe's for only 50 dollars. The sales person told me that Lowe's tools were homeowner quality and that his tools were commercial grade. The saw I received was factory reconditioned and was less of a product than the tool on the Lowe's counter. The saw had an identical model number with a factory reconditioned plate.By the way, this saw didn't work with the inverter either. Big State wants to receive the saw but do nothing regarding the inverter.
