This company does not make good on their 100% guarantee. I purchase a subway gift card early Novermber 2011. I have posted on the discussion board, chatted via their online chat, left voice mails on their 1-800 number and emailed numourous times. The times they did respond it was just to let me know that my purchase was being mailed the next week. It was an endless circle. Three months later I finally contacted my credit card to dispute the purchase. I have never had this much hassle with completing a transaction online! 100% dissatisfied!!!
