I purchased a $10 Subway gift card for $5, as over 33,000 other people did, and never received my card. I also purchased a $25 AutoZone gift card for $15 and never received that either.
I have called their customer service number numerous times with no answer. I have called during their business hours, but only get voicemail. I have left 4 messages with my contact info and never received a response.
I have emailed both email addresses and not received a response. I CC'd the emails so I can prove they have been sent. I have posted numerous times on their facebook wall (which is plastered with complaints). I did receive one response asking "what is the problem", to which I replied and gotno response.
Today I checked their Facebook wall and noticed the Subway and AutoZone gift card posts (for the deals, made by savemore) are not showing up (along with hundreds of complaints). I have noticed people complaining of having their posts deleted and I have had some of mine deleted also.
Please help. A lot of people appear to have been ripped off. If I made the purchase in November ($20 total) and it is now February, considering the number of all the other people ripped off, savemore.com could be making a pretty penny off our money. This should be illegal and punishable.
Also, I don't think ABC and the other reputable companies listed at the bottom of their website would be happy to know that their name is linked to a scam.
