Ebay Seller Assistant Pro, having problems with the program and did not tell anyone... Unscrupulous sellers that list on Ebay

I have had the experience of listing with Seller Assistant Pro which is the program that Ebay markets for $19.95 a month and unfortunately, they were having problems with the program and did not tell anyone.

Ultimately, when I did a bulk listing, when all was said and done, I ended up owing them over $650.00. I have attempted on numerous occasions to resolve this matter and was advised, even though I withdrew the auctions, that I still had to pay for this because it was not their problem. They will have to sue me for the funds, and show that they did not have any problems with the program. I still have the evidence of the problem and will be more than happy to go to court to produce the evidence.

Every time I have had a bad dealing with Ebay and SafeHarbor, they always have the same response. That's your problem not ours. Go to the post office and register a complaint. Sellers' Assistant Pro is not our problem you should have notified us. Each time, you get ripped off they have absolutely no intention of doing anything for you. They also say your purchases are guaranteed, well I have news for you. The insurance they use is for items in excess of $100.00 and you play hell getting anything from them when you do file a claim. The expectation is that you prove, not only to the seller, but to Ebay, the U.S. Postal Service, SafeHarbor, and numerous other agencies that you have been wronged and then, they will consider the claim. Doesn't mean they will pay.

The other problem I have is with the unscrupulous sellers that list on Ebay. There is a system in place that if the buyers fail to pay or receive 3 negative feedbacks they are not allowed to bid on any items. I have been cut off by this company on two separate occasions because of the Seller not doing what he/she was suppose to and therefor I had to prove that I did pay for the item and they were making a bogus claim. I have been ripped off by sellers in excess of $200.00 and complained about the sellers and yet, they are still allowed to sell on Ebay. Recently, I bid on an item and won in the first week of November. I did not receive the item until the end of December. I complained to SafeHarbor and was told that they could do nothing. Even though this person had 16 negative feedbacks, they were still allowed to sell and my only alternative was to register a complaint with the U.S. Post Office for mail fraud, which I subsequently ended up having to do.

There are alot of good, honest people selling on Ebay and unfortunately, there are those that are rip off artists. When Ebay is fully aware of these people, they do nothing, but win on an item and fail to pay, they will cut you off in a heartbeat. Fair system? You bet. If you want to rip people off, just become a seller on Ebay. You don't need the merchandise to sell. Just list items and get the money. Ebay doesn't care as long as you pay the fees for listing the item.
