I signed up for US Directory 12-26-11 for a total price of $5 per month. I ask representative over and over is this the total cost. He repeated it over and over, $5 per month. I was told I would get information in the mail. Never received. I had no problem with $5, but then I get a charge for 92.75 out of my paypal account on 1-29-12. This is in addition to the $5 monthly charge.
I tried to call, no answer. I sent letter to company with my complaint and told them I was not told I would be charged for more than $5 per month. I explained that I am unemployed and could not afford this money to come out of my account and that I am requesting a refund and I want my account closed with refund of the $5 and the $92.75. I threatened to file complaint with Paypal. This is copy of (2) transactions I was charged. These amounts were debited out of my paypal account on 1-29-12. I am requesting full amount of $5 and $92.75. I want nothing else to do with this company. I closed account with them on 1-29-12. I filed complaint with BBB and Paypal.
