I live in a motor home. The only, at the time, available iny=ternet connection, 4g, was t-mobile. They represented excellent coverage as did their web site disclose same. I signed up mid july and as of the 1st week of aug the "lap yop stick" usb port connection to the internet failed to deliver anything but dial up speed.in spite of 1-2/day calls to their special tech dept., no results numerous erroneous reasons as well as reasons that vareid 1 rep to another. They, after breaking their contractual obligation to me, want me to pay $200 early termination fee. I've involved the fcc, 9 times as well, the attorney generals office and congressman to no avail. They are a "too big to fail" company.
Anyone using them should have their head examined and wallet. They are an insidious group.
Also, they outsource most all, if not all, of their rep services and that's why the difficulty in communicating with the! Another company that's not hiring u s workers!!
