I bid on an item that was decribed to be in as new condition but when I received the unit it had been severly damaged but the box the unit was shipped in had no damage and there was lots of packing material around the unit.
When I tried to make contact with the seller the E-Mail address would not work for me anymore.
The unit is an Ultrex 1500w multi convection oven by INNOVA.
