Ordered a radio/CD player for my car. Received a unit that did not work. They replaced it with a second unit which arrived broken. I had to pay return postage ($30.00) for second unit. Called 10 days later to see if third unit had been shipped. I was told no. At that time, I asked for a refund. I was told that I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee ($52.00) plus a $25.00 shipping fee. I said that I shouldn't have to pay the fees since they couldn't sell the damaged unit. They told me that they charge the fees anyway. When I asked about the damaged and non working units, they (Bill) told me that "that's the gamble you take when you buy used parts" I'm sure that they also filed insurance claims with UPS. This company will not accept credit cards and now I know why. This company is a scam. Do NOT buy from them.
