One would assume that if I put in an order to a company and they don't have the item I ordered, and they do not know WHEN they will have it in stock, that a company would notify their customer of this. Obviously not the case with Elite Xtreme. One month after my order, I called to check up on the status. They never had it in stock. To their credit they offered me a more expensive in stock product but it was not what I was looking for.
Am I asking too much in requesting to be notified that the item I payed for CAN NOT be delivered? I think not
Still waiting on my refund.
