Complaint / review text:
Beware of this company. What a joke. They write a decent employment ad and are recruiting some of the best of the best, too bad they can't deliver. It's nothing but a revolving door. The first two weeks are training with their CRM, scripts etc. They don't pay you a dime and the first week following training "in the field" it's still training because you are not properly trained so consider the first two weeks an unpaid learning curve. That would be fine if they could deliver on the financial opportunity.
There is no "untapped" territory to call into. They hire at least 5 new people a week and this is every week and the residential HVAC industry is only so wide. Every market has been called multiple times and if you're lucky enough to make a sale, expect lot's of praise on the Monday morning sales call. This company is nothing like they portray themselves to be. Don't waste your time. I wish I would have read a report like this before I sent off my resume, took seriously the recruiting efforts and then wasted my time trying to catch a sale! ZipSmart will let you work for free as long as your willing all-the-while holding your hand and giving you praise for working so hard!
