Job Description:
Candidates will be expected to develop relationships with clients who are facing Financial Hardship and communicate with them effectively to determine their wants and needs and turn high quality leads into Loan MOD's, Loss Mitigation or Foreclosure Defense. We provide the best leads in the industry (EXCLUSIVE LEADS — no cold calling), along with VERY HIGH COMMISSION SPLITS and all the technology and support needed to place you in the best position to succeed, with a realistic earning potential in today's market. We concentrate on nothing but Loan Modifications, Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure Defense products.

Skills and Qualifications:
Mortgage experience, Loan Mod Sales or Audit experienced is preferred {No Loan Jockeys}
The ability to Sell (This is a sales role)
A positive attitude, {strong work ethic}, and a Winning attitude!
Qualified applicants will possess a strong desire to succeed in a commission driven sales environment.
