To all future zipsmart employees. Run do not walk away from this company. All sales people leave after less then a month. An impossible sale and no companies stay with the company because of lack of value. The owner changes his commission structure all the time and rips off the sales rep and the companies that he provides service to. There are better companies out there to work for. Do not be fooled with big sales numbers. They do not exist! As a midwesterner I always was told to tell the truth and deliver what you say. This is not true of ZipSmart. After they make you go through the training with no pay they send you to the wolves. And from what I heard from an ex employee the sales manager just quit! That shows you what kind of company they are running! I was only there for about 2 months but i surely wasted my time and energy! Good luck in your search for better employment. Just stay away from this company if you value your time.
