Poor service

I purchase VPS from UCVHost, the VPS went down first moment when I access the internet from VPS.

I have been begging for them bring up my VPS for so many days. Email no response, live chat service just END my conversation when see me.

Lucky, I keep all the correspondence record, so I make a police and stop my credit card payment. Very bad experience.
