I cancelled my recurring subscription on April 21. I saved the confirmation e-mail in my 'drafts' folder, so I have the ticket # and everything!
Well, now that the NBA season has belatedly begun I received an e-mail from NBA League Pass of a "subscription renewal notice" stipulating that I am committed to $99 Broadband renewal which is a $10 discount since I was a former member. I don't want it anymore because the broadband connection sucks at times and not the fault of my PC.
Regardless of my reason for cancelling, NBA League Pass is being dishonest and needs to be stopped soon before too many people are wrongly billed a MINIMUM of $99.
