I, too ordered a 1300d Laptop from EPCparts in October. I did not receive my order as promised and canceled in January. As of May I have yet to receive my refund or any information from Epc. These days, if you call them all you get a busy signal.
I was very reluctant to place an order once the csr requested my checking account number and refused to accept a credit card. I should have gone with my first response and hung up.
This is the first and last time this will happen to me.
